Every bathroom below was gutted and rebuilt by our own crew across Florida.
A beautiful bathroom is 20% what you see and 80% what protects it. Here's what a professional remodel actually pays for.
Coastal-grade permits, hurricane-rated ventilation, and inspection sign-offs.
Full-membrane systems behind every tile — the layer you never see but always feel.
Modern PEX, proper venting, and shut-offs sized for real Florida water pressure.
In-house tile setters, plumbers, and electricians — not rotating subcontractors.
On-site visit, measurements, and a conversation about how you actually use the space.
A written, line-item quote — labor, materials, permits — no verbal estimates.
Daily site cleanup, weekly progress reports, and a single point of contact.
Final walk-through, punch list, and a written warranty on every dollar spent.
If your question isn't here, phone us — we'd rather explain it properly than guess in writing.
The bathroom stays largely as it is, but is made to look new. That usually means repainting walls and ceiling, a new mirror, light fixtures and accessories, new faucets, handles and holders, and often a new vanity, countertop or toilet. Existing surfaces can be refinished rather than replaced.
It does not involve demolishing the bathroom, moving the shower or toilet, replacing supply or drain lines, rewiring, or stripping out all the floor and wall tile. If any of those are needed, the job is a mid-range remodel or a full gut renovation instead.
It is more than a refresh but short of a premium rebuild. Floor and wall tile are replaced, along with the shower or tub and its surrounds, the vanity, countertop, sink, faucets, toilet, mirror and lighting. Some plumbing may be touched, but fixtures stay roughly where they are.
Everything comes out down to the bare structure. Tile, tub or shower and vanity are removed, walls opened where needed, supply and drain lines checked and replaced if required, electrical rewired, substrate repaired, and new waterproofing installed in the shower. Everything then goes back new, and the shower, toilet or vanity can be relocated.
No. Any estimate or range shown on this website is preliminary and for information only. Every project is confirmed by an on-site inspection, and the final price and scope are set out in a written contract before any work begins.
It covers the labor for a full shower rebuild: demolition and debris removal, new valve, drain and pipes, a built-in niche and seat, Durock cement board with full waterproofing, tile installed on the walls and shower floor, and shower doors fitted complete. Materials are not included in the $6,000 — they are billed separately. The labor carries a two-year warranty. Larger showers, or ones being moved to a new position, are quoted separately.
